Water Disruption - Cherrywood, Loughlinstown - Update @ 9.25 am Wed 28.08.13

Water has been turned off in Cherrywood Estate, Loughlinstown due to a burst watermain.  The Water Crew are currently on site repairing this main and it is hoped to have water restored as soon as possible.

This may also affect some surrounding areas. 

The Council apologises for this disruption to the water supply.

Customers are advised that on the completion of the works, there may be some initial discolouration of the water. Allowing taps to run for a short period of time can help water to clear.  If discolouration continues, please call the numbers listed below.

Burst Watermain - Hazelwood, Shankill - Update @ 11.45 am Tues 27.08.13

Due to a burst watermain in Hazelwood, Shankill, the water supply to the area has been disrupted.  Some surrounding estates may also be affected.  We have a crew repairing the burst and we anticipate the water being turned back on around 5.00 pm this evening.

Water Disruption – Clonard Drive, Ballinteer – Saturday 24th August

Due to essential maintenance works on the water mains supplying the area, the water supply in Clonard Drive shall be disrupted on Saturday 24th August between 9am and 2pm.

Water Disruption - Ballinclea Heights @ 9.00am Thursday 15th August

Due to a burst watermain the water supply has been disrupted at Ballinclea Heights, Killiney.  This may also affect the surrounding areas.  The crew are currently on site repairing this burst.

Water Disruption - Glenavon, Ballybrack - Update @ 9.40 am Wed 14th August 2013

Emergency repair works are being undertaken in Glenavon, Ballybrack which will result in water disruption.  Surrounding areas may also be affected.  Once the water is restored it may take some time for the water to re-charge into the system.
