Water Off - Glasthule Area - Update @ 2.15 pm Tuesday 18th Feb 2014

Due to a water leak in the Glasthule area, the water has been turned off to facilitate repair.   It is hoped to have this repaired and the water turned back on by late afternoon/early evening.

Water Disruption - Belarmine Vale, Stepaside - Friday 14th February

Water has been turned off in Belarmine Vale, Stepaside due to a burst watermain.  The Water Crew are currently on site repairing this main and it is hoped to have water restored as soon as possible.

The Council apologises for this disruption to the water supply.

Customers are advised that on completion of the works there may be some initial discolouration of the water.  Allowing taps to run for a short period of time can help water to clear.  If discolouration continues please call the numbers listed below.

Water Off - Clonskeagh area - 7 February 2014

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Water Section will be carrying out a leakage survey in the following areas between the hours of 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. on 7 February, 2014:-

Forest Avenue;

Goatstown Road;

Roebuck Castle;

The Palms;

Louvain;

Roebuck Road;

North Avenue; and surrounding area.

The above work necessitates shutting down the water supply. 

The Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during these hours.
